I'm new to all of this, how does it work?
Its really easy and it all starts with you sending us a message. We will then reach out to you to arrange a good time to have a chat on the phone or if you are local, meet you somewhere convenient. We can then go over your needs and work out a good way to go forward.
I already have a website, can i keep it?
It depends on what you need from the website, is it working for you, is it hosted somewhere like wix or shopify, in some cases we may opt to just update your site if it has been established long term to help maintain your SEO position as best we can, if the site isn't working for you, then its sometimes a good idea to start fresh. But we can discuss all of this with you beforehand.
What is Wix and Shopify? are they good for me?
Wix & Shopify are a great way to get started on a budget, they provide all of the tools and addons you may need, from bookings to ecommerce options and really are greta if you just need a basic website as an addon to your business. When you decide to go to the next step and need more from your site, perhaps a customer management portal, or other bespoke features, this is where you will find yourself stuck as websites on these platforms, cannot be moved elsewhere. for many people this isn't an issue but for some, it is a showstopper.
I'm a charity, do you do discounts?
Of course, We offer charities a 50% discount across all of our products apart from bespoke development, this has a 25% discount available. in exchange for this discount, all we ask is that we can use your site in a case study, just showing before & after, how we helped you and how you found working with us.
Do I need a website?
This is a tricky one to answer, We feel every business needs a web presence, with more and more consumers searching online, it helps to have your brand showing, and it really doesn't matter what business you may run, for example you may make and sell scented candles, an ecommerce website will allow you to sell your products 24/7, even while your on holiday. While a website doesnt guarantee success, the more present you are online and off, the more opportunities are available to sell your products.
I have an idea for an app, can you help?
While we tend to stay away from app development, we do offer consultation services to help you grow your idea into a complete specification and guide you towards some great mobile app developers. this allows you to flesh out your idea, develop an MVP specification and with a clear specification, it will be easier to build your app.
