What is a customer portal?
After working with many clients, we realised that emails and whatsapp messages are not the best way to share progress and get feedback. it just doesn't work. So we developed our own in house customer portal which lets us update you on projects, and allows you to login at any time to give feedback, check invoices, and manage your project.

Back when we first started creating websites & mobile apps (over 10 years ago!), we used emails and text messages, it was clumsy and details got lost. We then moved to whatsapp when it became popular and it was better but still not good.
This prompted us to develop the first version of our customer portal which allowed us to keep track of every project in one place, as well as feedback and reference material.
This worked great so we have redesigned and innovated our portal to allow clients to login, provide feedback, upload documents, check invoices and message us directly, all in one place, no late night emails, no whatsapp messages and nothing lost.
It also allows you to get a feel for our quality of bespoke web applications.
